The purpose of the deposit is to insure the Purchaser’s intent to purchase a cat or kitten from Bagheera/MillCreek Bengals. The cat or kitten is being held for the Purchaser and will not be sold to any other buyer. The deposit is not refundable should the Purchaser, for any reason, change his/her mind about purchasing the cat/kitten.

It is important that the purchaser abide by the word and spirit of this agreement. Failure to do so through neglect or avoidance to communicate, on can jeopardize the chance of finding the cat/kitten a new home as quickly as possible. For this reason deposits are not refundable.

Although deposits are not refunded, the deposit may apply to the purchase of any other cat/kitten made available by Bagheera/MillCreek Bengals at a later time.

Depending upon their weaning stages and maturity, Bagheera/MillCreek kittens are ready to go to their new homes at about 12 weeks of age. Responsible breeders typically don't let them go until they're 12 weeks old. There are many reasons for this, but proper socialization, having a fully functioning immune system, being acclimated to solid food and good litter box habits are just a few.

Should the buyer request the kitten be held for a period beyond 7 days after this time, a boarding charge of $7.00 per day will be accrued, unless specific arrangements to the contrary have been made between parties.

We accept a minimum deposit of $100. The deposit may be paid via PayPal to our e-mail address, or by sending a check or money order (payable to Bill & Cathy Brown) to the address below:
